PMA Companys are legally obliged to report tax / or zero through a tax agent each month. You are required to have a local Indonesian bank account (we can assist you with this also). If required, any downgrading and re-zoning fees are to the cost of the Company, not the land owner. Downgrading and re-zoning are individual to each land and title, and can be discussed with Penida Lifestyle Investments and further legal advice via our or your own Notary as this is dependant of the zone) A full Due Diligence is required for any Freehold or Leasehold at the Investors / Companys expense.
